I had a lovely stay. The breakfast choice was superb, and the staff were unexpectedly warm and accommodating, making the experience really special. Oh, and the Standard room? Absolutely beautiful, once we figured out where it was! I literally stepped out and the cathedral was right there, just a two-minute walk. That kind of location? It's perfect!

Our stay was truly unforgettable! The room was incredibly comfortable, featuring a cozy seating area and complimentary high-quality tea and coffee. The breakfast spread was diverse, with everything cooked to perfection, and the staff, especially Martin and Leroy, were exceptionally attentive, making us feel truly valued. The location's proximity to historical sites made exploring the charming city effortless.

The Swan Hotel in Wells, Somerset is perfectly located right across from the stunning cathedral. The room was exceptionally comfortable and featured a lovely cozy corner where I could unwind with a good book. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond, even offering coffee to go upon checkout, which I really appreciated.

I had a blast staying here! The room was super comfy and really spacious. It had a kettle for my morning tea. The breakfast spread was fab, especially the pastries! I enjoyed chillin’ outside with a drink and that view of the cathedral is just wow. The only bummer was parking spots filled up fast, gotta get in early!
